Maintenance & Safety Tips
Avoid Sharp Edges: Never allow the synthetic rope to rub against sharp rocks or rusted metal edges.
Keep Clean: Rinse the rope with fresh water after mud or sand exposure to prevent internal fiber abrasion.
Inspection: Regularly check for fraying, melted fibers, or significant discoloration. Replace the rope if the core is damaged.

Step 1:
Switch your winch to "Free Spool" mode and remove the old line.Inspect the drum for any burrs or sharp edges.
node: Smooth out any sharp spots with sandpaper to prevent cutting the synthetic fibers.

Step 2:
Feed the terminal end (without the hook) through the fairlead and onto the winch drum.
Secure the rope end using the drum’s specific attachment bolt or plate. Ensure the Protective Sleeve is positioned at the start of the wrap on the drum.
