!Before installation, confirm that:
This product is intended exclusively for off-road competition or off-road use. Prior to installation, you must ensure that the vehicle has been flashed with a compatible tuning program (Tune). During installation, it is imperative to use zip ties to secure the wiring harness in a heat-shielded location, positioned well away from the exhaust system. The user assumes full responsibility for any vehicle damage or legal liabilities resulting from illegal use, failure to apply the necessary tuning program, or improper installation (such as the melting of the wiring harness).

This is the installation process for the ER-0319: 2008-2010 6.4L Ford Powerstroke Tuner Harness Plug Kit,provided for your reference during installation.

This kit is specifically designed for 2008-2010 6.4L Ford Powerstroke diesel vehicles. Following the tuning and physical removal of the EGR and DPF systems, numerous unused factory wiring connectors remain within the vehicle's chassis and engine bay.

Elimination of Hazards : Prevents electrical interference caused by exposed connectors, ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the modified system.

Waterproof Sealing : Prevents rain, wash water, or road spray from entering open connectors and causing short circuits.

Corrosion and Dust Protection : Blocks dirt, debris, and road salt from corroding the connector pins, thereby safeguarding sensitive signal circuits.
