2011-2023 6.7L Ford powerstroke 4" Cat & DPF Delete Pipe Exhaust

This is the installation process for the DP-0278: 2011-2023 6.7L Ford powerstroke 4" Cat & DPF Delete Pipe Exhaust, for your reference during the installation process.
DP-0278
Step 1:
Disassemble the OEM exhaust system. Starting from the flange end of the downspout, unscrew the flange connection and loosen the clamp at the rear of the particle filter.

Step 2:
Remove the metal hanger from the OE rubber hanger and the pipeline/sensor from the particle filter. Remove the DPF from the truck.

Step 3:
Install #1 pipe by loosely tighten the flange to the flanged end of downpipe.

Step 4:
Next, install #2 pipe, placing hanger onto the OEM rubber mount and bolt-ing the flanges together at the rear end.

Step 5:
Adjust the gap and appearance of the new system when the pipeline installation is loose. Tighten all clamps evenly, starting from the front flange connection and tightening all the way to the back.
