This is the installation process for the Tonneau Covers & Truck Bed Covers, provided for your reference during installation.
This installation guide is applicable to Cummins, Duramax, Powerstroke, and other models.
Step 1:
Before applying the rain strip, clean the truck bed thoroughly. When applying, ensure both ends are aligned and flush with the edges, and trim off any excess strip with scissors.
Step 2:
Begin by placing the tri-fold hardcover at the front of the truck bed, adjusting it to the center position, ensuring there are no gaps between the rain strip and the cover. Then close the entire cover, ensuring it completely covers the rear cargo bed.
Step 3:
Next, install the wing nuts and securing clamps at the front of the cargo bed to secure the hardcover. Place the clamps under the cargo bed rails, then install the wing nuts and tighten them.
Step 4:
Now install all the clamps at the rear. Pass the clamps through the long bolts and rotate them to the appropriate length to secure them into the hardcover.
Step 5:
Once the clamps are installed, close the rear cover. Simply rotate it until it is positioned under the side rails of the truck, then push it down to tighten. After tightening all clamps, close the rear cargo bed cover.
