What is the best all-aluminum radiator to stop the 6.4L leaking issues?

My second OEM radiator just started leaking at the plastic end tanks. I’m tired of the 'coolant smell' every time I park. What is the most reliable all-aluminum replacement out there? Mishimoto, CSF, or something else? Also, how important is it to replace the body mounts at the same time to stop the frame flex from cracking the new one?

If you're on your third radiator, you need to look at how your truck is handling frame flex. The 6.4L radiators usually fail because the plastic end tanks can't handle the twisting of the chassis. What makes an all-aluminum unit like Mishimoto or CSF better is the TIG-welded construction, but even those can crack if your body mounts are shot. Replacing your body mounts with high-quality polyurethane ones is 100% mandatory—it stops the front clip from moving independently and yanking on your radiator mounts.
