This high-performance component does not comply with the laws and regulations for highway driving and cannot be used on any vehicle that has been registered or certified for use on highways. This means that the component may only be suitable for racing cars or other off-road vehicles. If it is installed on vehicles driving on the highway, legal issues will be borne by oneself.
This is the installation process for the ER-0133: 2007.5-2018 6.7L Dodge Cummins 2500 3500 CCV Black Crankcase Ventilation Diesel,provided for your reference during installation.
Step 1:
Use pliers to remove the hose clamps connected to the ventilation hoses at both ends of the valve cover.
Step 2:
1.Follow that same hose down and remove hose clamps that are down towards the turbo. Pull the hose out.
2.Note: If your truck is a 2019+, cut the factory hose near the compressor housing and install the provided plug.
Step 3:
Press the provided plug into the lower hose connected to the turbine inlet and secure it with a clamp.
Step 4:
1.Install the filter onto the 90 degree bend provided in the kit and secure it with clamps.
2.Install the connected filter onto the valve cover of the previously removed ventilation pipe.
