!Before installation, confirm that:
This high-performance component does not comply with the laws and regulations for highway driving and cannot be used on any vehicle that has been registered or certified for use on highways. This means that the component may only be suitable for racing cars or other off-road vehicles. If it is installed on vehicles driving on the highway, legal issues will be borne by oneself.
This is the installation process for the ER-0092: 2010-2024 6.7L Ram Cummins 2500 3500 EGR Valve Cooler Delete Kit,provided for your reference during installation.
Step 1:
Remove the plastic engine cover that is held in place by four 8mm bolts.
* The dipstick must be removed in order to remove the plastic engine cover.
Step 2:
1.Loosen the two V-clamps using an 11mm socket. Remove the 10mm bolt from the center of the tube and disconnect the sensor plug. The EGR crossover pipe can now be removed.
2.Remove the electrical connector on the EGR valve.
3.Some electrical connectors may have a locking plate. In order to disassemble these connectors, the locking plate must be slid to the "unlock" position.
Step 3:
1.Remove all existing gaskets and materials from the installation surface of the intake elbow.(*Prevent gasket debris from entering the open air intake. placing one clean the cloth at each port to prevent any excess gasket material from entering the air inlet.)
2.Pull off the electrical connector on the back of the throttle valve (equipped with a locking plate). The throttle valve is located on the driver's side, directly below the intake elbow. To prevent the throttle valve from permanently closing, it must be removed.
Step 4:
Step 5:
1.Remove the four 10mm bolts that secure the exhaust bypass in place with the heat shield removed. The exhaust bypass will be removed together with EGR servo.
2.Remove the five 10mm bolts securing the EGR servo mounting bracket in place.
Step 6:
1.Simultaneously remove the EGR servo (still attached to the mounting bracket) and the exhaust bypass from the vehicle.
2.Remove the crankcase breather tube that runs over the EGR cooler. Also, disconnect the two coolant lines running to the EGR cooler. Be sure to remove the O-ring from the tting on the engine block.
3.Remove the four 10mm EGR cooler mounting bolts.
4.Remove the two 15mm nuts connecting the EGR cooler to the exhaust manifold near the rewall.
5.Remove the V-band clamp that is connecting the EGR cooler and the exhaust crossover elbow.
Step 7:
Step 8:
1.If necessary, release the cooling button to ensure there is no pressure.
2.Remove the four nuts of the EGR cooler.
3.Remove the EGR cooler, this can be done by pulling the cooler up and out towards the front of the vehicle.
4.Remove EGR cooler mounting bracket by unbolting the two 14mm bolts that bolt directly to the engine.
.
Step 9:
1.Install the other exhaust block off plate, reusing the factory hardware. The block off with the pre-drilled port will be installed on the back side of the exhaust manifold.
2.Re-install the crankcase breather tube.
Step 10:
Step 11:
1.Install the bracket. The M10 bolt will be screwed into the support bolt. Secure the transmission dipstick to the bracket using 1/4-20 bolts, nuts, and washers.
2.The bracket will hold the coolant hose connector in place.
3.Refilll the coolant to factory speci cations.
Step 12:
The installation of the EGR removal kit has been completed and can be tested. Start the engine and run it until the coolant circulates. If necessary, fill up the cooling system and carefully check for leaks.

1.Another method of not removing the throttle valve is to install a diesel throttle valve removal device, which will also increase the flow through the intake port.
2.Install the intake block with the provided bolts. Ensure that both O-rings are fully seated.
3.Remove the heat shield from the EGR bypass valve. The insulation board is fixed in place by three 10mm nuts and two 8mm bolts.
