This is the installation process for the ER-0034: 2008-2010 6.4L Ford F250 F350 F450 F550 Powerstroke 4inch Cat & DPF Delete Pipe, for your reference during the installation process.

Step 1:
Disassemble the OEM exhaust system. Starting from the flange end of the downspout, unscrew the flange connection and loosen the clamp at the rear of the particle filter. Remove the metal hanger from the OE rubber hanger and the pipeline/sensor from the particle filter. Remove the DPF from the truck.

Step 2:
Place the welded metal hanger #1 into the OE rubber hanger, loosely tighten the flanges together, and install the pipe with flanges.

Step 3:
Next, install the #2 pipe. Connect the #2 pipeline to the muffler pipeline.

Step 4:
Adjust the gap and appearance of the new system when the pipeline installation is loose. Tighten all clamps evenly, starting from the front flange connection and tightening all the way to the back.
