2011-2023 6.7L Ford Powerstroke CCV PCV Reroute Engine Ventilation Kit

!Before installation, confirm that:

This high-performance component does not comply with the laws and regulations for highway driving and cannot be used on any vehicle that has been registered or certified for use on highways. This means that the component may only be suitable for racing cars or other off-road vehicles. If it is installed on vehicles driving on the highway, legal issues will be borne by oneself.


This is the installation process for the ER-0160: 2011-2023 6.7L Ford Powerstroke CCV PCV Reroute Engine Ventilation Kit, for your reference during the installation process.
ER-0160
Step 1:
1.Remove the intake pipe of the Charge Air Cooler .
Note: Even the smallest turbocharger compressor blades may be damaged grain.
2.Pull the spring clip until the end of the spring clip is located in the pawl of the quick connect connector.Release the clamp and remove the CAC intake pipe.

Step 2:
1.Remove the fuel filter outlet tube.
2.Disconnect the fuel filter inlet tube.
3.Disconnect the fuel filter injector return tube.
4.Remove and discard the left fuel supply tube bolts.

Step 3:
1.Release the fixing lug of the crankcase ventilation oil separator outlet hose, and if necessary, break the fixing lug. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation oil separator outlet hose from the lower intake manifold. Attention: Use a cloth to catch the leaked oil from the oil separator.
2.Remove the bolts of the crankcase ventilation oil separator, and then remove the crankcase ventilation oil separator. Install the device onto the ventilation port at the rear of the engine and remove the inventory device there.

Step 4:
1.Release the crankcase vent oil separator outlet hose retainer tabs,break the retaining tabs as needed.Disconnect the crankcase vent oil separator outlet hose from the lower intake manifold.
Note: Place a shop towel under the oil separator to catch any oil that may leak from the oil separator when removed.
2.Remove the crankcase vent oil separator bolts and then remove the crankcase vent oil separator.

Step 5:
1.Install the unit on to the breather port on the rear of the engine where you removes the stock unit.“Be sure to clean any old oil residue,now torque 2bolts evenly too 96 lb in.
2.Correct installation as shown in the figure.

Step 6:
1.lnstall a provided cap onto the port on the stock intake where you removed the factory breather hose earlier on in the process.“No need to clamp or zip tie as this has no pressure behind it”
2.Install the fuel filter and bracket assembly,then install and tighten the fuel filter and bracket assembly bolts too.
3.Install and tighten the new fuel injection pump supply tube assembly bracket bolt too.lnstall and tighten the new left fuel supply tube bolts too.

Step 7:
1.Connect the fuel filter injector return tube.
2.Connect the fuel filter inlet tube.
3.Install the fuel filter outlet tube.
4.Install the charge air cooler intake pipe "inspect the turbocharger or engine air intake. system components and claen".
5.Re-connect the batteries.
6.Bleed the fuel the fuel system.
