This is the installation process for the Soft Roll-up Truck Bed Tonneau Cover, provided for your reference during installation.
This installation guide is applicable to Cummins, Duramax, Powerstroke, and other models.
Step 1:
First, roll up the soft cover of the truck compartment and place it on the edge of the compartment at the back of the truck cab, making sure both ends are aligned.
Step 2:
Take the rail of the soft cover of the carriage and place it on the carriage on the side of the wheels. Slide both ends of the rail into the slots of the lower rail of the soft cover of the carriage, and then tighten the screws on the rail wall.
Step 3:
Make sure the side guide rail is level and not tilted upwards or downwards. Place the upper clip on the guide rail, then take a lower clip and use the provided screws and tools to fix the clip to the carriage on the wheel side.
Step 4:
Spread the remaining clips of the side guide rail evenly along the guide rail and fix them in place.Repeat this process on the other side of the carriage. Then we open the new cover and attach the Velcro.
Step 5:
When reaching the rear of the carriage, try to turn the locking device, insert the latch head into the groove of the tensioning plate, and press it gently. The cover will be firmly installed.
Step 6:
If you need to fold up the soft cover of the carriage, just gently pull the soft cloth tape in the middle with your hand, and the entire soft cover of the carriage can be rolled up. It will not affect the view from the rear window of the cab.
