Step 2:
Using a 10mm socket, disconnect the PCV boost assist pipe from the bockside of the turbo compressor outlet,
Step 3:
Remove 4 bolts from the factory PCV system, which is fixed by one-way aluminum bolts. Therefore, it is necessary to use a bolt puller to remove these 4 bolts.
Step 4:
Use the 2 short bolts provided in the kit to install the turbocharger block plate on the rear side of the turbocharger or outlet.
Step 5:
1.Using the remaining 2 short bolts, install the Oil Fill Tube.
2.Install the 90 inch spiked connector onto the new PCV block, but do not tighten it. Only applicable for track applications - replace connectors and PCV plugs, and rewire using the provided hose.
Step 6:
1.Using the 2 supplied long bolts, fasten the PCV Block.
2.Slide the clamp or factory clamp inside the kit onto the PCV hose that leaves the factory, slide the hose onto the 90 inch connector, and then tighten the 90 inch connector so that it does not come into contact with the oil injection pipe or the factory crossover pipe.
