2002-2007 ISX CM870 Stage 2 EGR Delete Plug Kit Stage 1 Plates and Plugs Generic

This high-performance component does not comply with the laws and regulations for highway driving and cannot be used on any vehicle that has been registered or certified for use on highways. Note: For your safety, we recommend disconnecting any negative battery terminals when working on any vehicle, installing cold air intakes requires removing the pipe from the turbine intakes, using paint and not allowing any dust, debris or tools to remain where they may enter the system.


This is the installation process for the ER-0117: 2002-2007 ISX CM870 Stage 2 EGR Delete Plug Kit Stage 1 Plates and Plugs Generic,provided for your reference during installation.

Step 1:
1.Go to the driver side of the engine look for silicone hosegoing to the Intake manifold look at picture bellow.
2.Remove the hose clamps and slide down the silicone hose use some oil or grease so it lets you easier to slide it down.

Step 2:
Remove the upper part that is connected to your intake manifold holds with 2x 10mm bolts. Under the intake manifold replace the o-ring put some grease on the new o-ring included in the kit clean the surface so its nice and clean, put new custom plug back in bolt it back with10mm bolts put silicone hose and clamps back on.

Step 3:
Go to passenger side look for EGR valve on a right side ofthe collector side. Picture Bellow.

Step 4:
1.Remove 2 V-band clamps that hold the Flex pipe going from EGR Cooler to EGR Valve. Use 10mm deep socket wrench to remove the bolts from the clamps, take fatcrew driver to pop out the flex pipe.
2.Insert flat round plug in to the EGR valve. Replace new metal gasket included in the kit, insert flex pipe back in make sure surface for the plug and gasket is nice and clean. Bolt the v-band clamps back in.

Step 5:
For those who have a EGR Cooler leak the antifreeze.Needs to remove turbo and EGR Cooler it takes experience mechanic to do it. 3 Metal plugs are includedin the kit with a Green O-Ring to block of the coolantgoing in to the EGR Cooler.
1.There is 2 coolant holes on the block that needs to be blocked off please use bolt or a pipe wide enough while installing Freeze plugs so it goes in nice and evenpicture bellow where 2 freeze plugs needs to go in.

2.Look for a pipe that goes from back ofthe EGR cooler to the front of the cylinder head block. Replace New O ringincluded in the kit and install the freeze plug in to the pipe and bolt it in back in to place.

Step 6:
Assemble the EGR Cooler and the turbo and other components back to the Engine.
