LML DEF Tank Placement: How to protect it from off-road damage.

Who at GM thought hanging the DEF tank under the passenger side frame rail was a good idea? It looks so vulnerable. Has anyone installed a skid plate that actually works, or did you just relocate the whole thing?

It’s a design fail. Many companies make steel skid plates. If you go off-road, it's a must—one rock can put you in limp mode.
