This is the installation process for the TH-0003: 2" Receiver Heavy Duty Tri-Ball Trailer Hitch Mount with Swivel Shackle Tow Hook 1-7/8"/2"/2-5/16" Balls w/Lock Pin, for your reference during the installation process.
Step 1:
Assemble the D-Ring Shackle (Pre-Installation) Before inserting the hitch into the vehicle, align the 3/4" D-ring shackle with the top swivel mount. Insert the shackle pin through the washers and the mount.
Step 2:
Insert the Hitch Mount into Receiver Now, slide the shank of the fully assembled tri-ball hitch into your vehicle’s 2-inch receiver
Step 3:
Secure with Silver Pin & R-Clip Insert the Silver Hitch Pin through the aligned holes. On the other side, push the R-Clip (Safety Pin) through the hole at the end of the silver pin until it is fully seated to prevent the pin from sliding out.
Step 4:
Final Selection & Safety Check Rotate the assembly to choose the correct ball size (1-7/8", 2", or 2-5/16") for your trailer. Double-check that the R-Clip is secure and the shackle rotates freely.
