This high-performance component does not comply with the laws and regulations for highway driving and cannot be used on any vehicle that has been registered or certified for use on highways. This means that the component may only be suitable for racing cars or other off-road vehicles. If it is installed on vehicles driving on the highway, legal issues will be borne by oneself.
This is the installation process for the DP-0036: 2003-2007 6.0L Ford F250 F350 F450 Powerstroke Diesel Heavy Duty Polished Exhaust Up-Pipe Y-Pipe, for your reference during the installation process.
Step 1:
1.Disconnect Batteries,Drain coolant,
2.Remove clips for plastic wire way located above turbo. Fold to windshield of truck.
Step 2:
Disconnect the V-clamp connecting the Y-pipe to the turbocharger and remove the inventory Y-pipe.We suggest loosening the three bolts that secure the turbine to the turbine base
Step 3:
Loosely install the Y-pipe onto the turbine using the factory V-clamp and two M8 bolts on the exhaust manifold.

Step 4:
1.Reconnect the Y-pipe upper pipe with the inventory upper pipe using factory bolts and tighten the screws with a wrench.
2.Tighten the bolts from the Y-pipe to the exhaust manifold in small increments, and alternate tightening of the bolts helps maintain good confidentiality.
