Step 1:
First, remove the intake manifold cover and locate the original black plastic hose connecting the PCV valve and the intake manifold. Press the clips on the connector and detach it from both ends.

Step 2:
Locate the original holes on the water pump housing directly in front of the engine for the water pump bolts. Remove the bolts, use the matching washers and new extension bolts to install the bracket, and then install the fuel separator onto the bracket.

Step 3:
Slide the hose adapter into the PCV valve outlet and the connectors on the intake manifold that were previously removed from the hose, respectively. Connect one end of the new hose to the port on the fuel separator. Connect the other end of the new hose to the PCV valve outlet on the valve cover. Take another hose and connect one end to the port on the fuel separator. Connect the other end to the vacuum connector on the intake manifold that was previously removed from the hose.Secure the hose using the provided hose end.

Step 4:
Ensure all hose connections are secure and leak-free.​
