This means that the component may only be suitable for racing cars or other off-road vehicles. If it is installed on vehicles driving on the highway, legal issues will be borne by oneself.
This is the installation process for the ER-0214: 2020-2023 Chevy Duramax L5P Diesel Can Bus Plugs Connector, for your reference during the installation process.
Step 1:
Find the plug on the passenger side lower frame rail at the front of the truck and unplug it, then clip one of the black plugs provided in the kit onto the factory socket port.
Note:Before installation, some electrical grease can be applied to prevent corrosion.
Step 2:
Find the second nitrogen oxygen sensor plug under the charging tube on the driver's side of the engine hood and disconnect it. Secure the black plug of the kit to the factory plug port, and also pop out the red label before removing the plug.
Step 3:
1.At the front of the truck, follow the driver's side frame guide rail, find the third plug and unplug it, then clip the largest black plug provided in the kit onto the factory socket port.
2.The gray part of the T-shaped end of the largest black plug provided in the kit needs to be popped inward and fitted into the card slot.
Step 4:
Finally, connect the plug to the card slot of the factory plug and pop back the red label.
